Automatic reminders

Change requests and revisions
Clients can ask for changes right on the quote. Each version you send is kept as a numbered revision you can compare or put back, and the client's link never changes.
AI review before sending
A second pair of eyes for spelling, unclear wording, terms that contradict the quote and a number that looks out of line. It only reports. It never edits.

E-signature
The client signs with a finger or the mouse. The signature is kept with the time and a fingerprint of exactly what was on the quote, and shows on the quote and its PDF. It is a simple electronic signature, not a certified one.
Email code before accepting
Ask for a six-digit code sent to the address the quote went to. It lasts ten minutes, works once and is cancelled after five wrong tries.
Record an acceptance
When a customer says yes in person, by phone or by message, record who accepted, how, a note and, if they are with you, their signature on your screen.

A real PDF made on your own website, attached to the email in one tick, with a download button on the client's page.

One click turns an accepted quote into an invoice. Numbers run in order with no gaps; a mistake is voided, never deleted. Due dates, a tax summary by rate, and a PDF headed TAX INVOICE when your business has a tax number.

Record payments by hand, including part payments, and the status follows. Overdue invoices get reminders, and a dashboard card shows who to chase first.
Credit notes

Do I need Always On SEO?
No. Always On Quotes is its own product, with its own plans, its own key and its own AI credits. If you also want Always On SEO, you buy its plans separately and sign in to your account with the same email.
What is free and what is paid?
The free plugin is a complete quotes app: customers, products, quotes, email, the client page, PDF printing, import and export, and a team with permissions. The paid add-on, Always On Quotes Pro, adds the AI tools, follow-ups, reminders, e-signature, invoices, credit notes, reports and webhooks.
Where do my quotes live?
On your own WordPress website. Quotes, customers and client answers are never sent to us. The add-on sends only your licence key and website address to check your plan. When you use an AI tool, the text it needs goes through our service to an AI provider and the answer comes back.
Can clients pay online?
Not yet. You record payments yourself, and the status of each invoice follows. Online payment links are on the list.
Is the e-signature legally binding?
It is a simple electronic signature with a record of who signed, when, and exactly what they agreed to. It is not a certified or qualified signature. For contracts the law says need one, use a certified service.
Will the emails arrive?
Quotes go out through your website's own mail. For reliable delivery use an SMTP plugin or a mail service. The app checks this for you and can send a test message.
Which countries and currencies?
Any. Currency, tax names and the tax number are yours to set, and the invoice PDF is headed TAX INVOICE when you save a tax number.
How do I buy the add-on?
Choose a plan in the pricing section below. You get a licence key to paste into Settings, in the add-on's card. A plan covers a number of websites, so one Starter plan is for one website and Pro is for three.
