The Free plan
Free costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
How paid plans are billed
- You choose how long to pay for when you sign up, for example 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. You pay for the whole length straight away, through Razorpay.
- When that length ends, the same amount is charged again for the next one, automatically, until you cancel.
Always On SEO and Always On Quotes
They are separate products, each with its own plan and license, billed and cancelled on its own in the same way. Cancelling one does not touch the other. Each stays active until the end of the length you have already paid for, and a length that has been paid is not refunded.
How to cancel
- Email [email protected] before your renewal date. Use the email address you signed up with, and say which website or plan it is for.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the length you have already paid for.
- It then does not renew, and no further payment is taken.
Your renewal date is shown in the plugin under Always On SEO → Settings → License & Plan, as Renews.
Refunds
We do not refund a length of time that has already been paid, including when you cancel part-way through it or do not use the plan. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not return the one you have made.
If you were charged by mistake
If you were charged twice for the same length, or charged after you cancelled in good time, email us as soon as you notice. We will look into it, and if the charge was our error we will put it right. Any refund goes back to the payment method you paid with, through Razorpay.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment does not go through and cannot be recovered, the plan shows as Suspended in the plugin and the website works as Free. Your key is kept, so settling the payment turns the plan back on.
