Terms of Service

Plain terms for the paid service that works with the plugin.

The plugin and the service

The Always On SEO plugin for WordPress is free software released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, change and share it under that license. These terms cover the paid service that works alongside it: AI features, Page Speed, Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile connections, usage limits and reports.

Always On Quotes, a plugin for quotes and invoices, is released under the same license, and so is its paid add-on, Always On Quotes Pro. The add-on needs a license key. It has its own plans and its own license key, separate from Always On SEO. These terms cover the service behind that key: its AI tools, credits and plans.

Plans

Prices are in US dollars. Each price is the total for the length shown, paid in one payment.

Plan3 months6 months1 yearWebsitesAI credits per month
Free$0$0$0UnlimitedNone
Starter$15$30$601200
Pro$36$72$1443750
Agency$225$450$900154,500

Every paid plan includes everything in Free. Agency also includes white-label monthly reports. Free never expires. Plan limits apply to the number of websites activated with your license key and the AI credits used each month.

Always On Quotes

The free Always On Quotes plugin has no price and no limits that come from us. Always On Quotes Pro needs an Always On Quotes plan, which is sold separately from Always On SEO, with its own plans (Starter, Pro and Agency), its own websites and its own AI credits. Current prices are on the Quotes page and in the pricing section of the home page.

Each product has its own license key. A key for Always On SEO does not work for Always On Quotes, or the other way round. A customer who wants both buys both and holds two licenses under one email address, signs in to the account page with one password and switches between them there. Each is billed through Razorpay in the same way, and each is cancelled on its own, in your account or by email, and then stays active until the end of the length you have already paid for.

Billing and cancellation

Using AI features

AI features produce suggestions and draft text. You are responsible for reading it before it appears on your website or goes to a customer. That includes the quotes, prices and wording that the quote assistant, Write with AI and the photo and PDF reader draft, which can misread a file or get a figure wrong. They never save or send anything on their own. The Blog Engine publishes posts without anyone reading them first when you switch automatic publishing on, so use that setting with care. Your prompts reach AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Quotes, invoices and signatures

You are responsible for what is in your quotes and invoices: the prices, the tax, the wording, and who they are sent to. Always On Quotes helps you write and keep them. It gives no legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not check that a document meets the rules where you or your customer are.

No promise of rankings

SEO results depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, competitors and your content. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or PageSpeed score.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no sharing a license key beyond the number of websites in your plan, no attempts to get around usage limits, and no use of the service to break the law or the terms of the providers it relies on, including Google and the AI providers.

Availability and third parties

The service depends on third-party providers such as Google and AI companies, and it may be interrupted or change. The free features keep working on your website without it.

Warranty and liability

The plugin and service are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GPL. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, traffic or revenue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest change. Questions go to [email protected].
